... because the Crew beat the Galaxy 1-0 in stoppage!!! Hoo-boy, so much for betting that I'd have a better chance of winning the lottery than of the Crew beating the Galaxy.

It is always better to participate in a Lottery than a betting you always have better chance of winning a lottery than in a betting match. I myself brought a lottery for myself online, I am optimistic of winning a amazing prize.
